From the get-go, David was very attentive to our needs and to what we were looking for in a home. He never up-sold listings that were outside of our budget or that did not meet our criteria. Nous avons rencontrer David par l'entremise d'une visite libre dans notre quartier. Nous voulions quelqu'un de local qui connait bien le marché spécifique des environs et pas juste la banlieue et les grandes maisons. L'approche était très dynamique, enthousiaste et amicale dès le départ et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Il a pris le temps de s'asseoir avec nous et voir nos options. Comme nous étions premier acheteur, il y a beaucoup de chose que nous ne savions pas et que nous aurions aimé avoir les grandes explications. Ça pris un petit moment pour s'ajuster, mais il a vraiment fait l'effort pour nous rejoindre dans ce qu'on voulait sans jugement. La communication est la clé et il est ouvert et très disponible. Si quelque chose n'allait pas c'était facile d'être honnête avec lui et de repartir sur le bon pied. Il était souvent disponible en dehors des horaires régulier (9à5) et ça nous a bien servi et accomodé également. David est bien entouré et connait beaucoup de gens dans le millieu ce qui peut être un avantage. Il nous a accompagné dans toutes nos visites et son expérience nous a permis de remporter la première maison sur laquelle nous avons fait une offre!
