Access to databases and electronic data management are protected by passwords. Various systems and levels of access help limit access to data and physical facilities to authorized individuals only.

Identity documents are used for the purposes required by the Real Estate Brokerage Act and in accordance with the requirements of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) and the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Center of Canada (FINTRAC) to identify clients and to complete a brokerage contract form and/or a real estate transaction form.

Paper documents containing confidential personal information are shredded when disposed.
