1.Employment Verification Letter - A current letter from the tenant's employer confirming position, salary, and length of employment.

2.Credit Check - A full credit report must be provided by the applicant or requested with written consent.

3. Reference Letter from Previous Landlords - A letter attesting to the applicant's rental history and conduct as a tenant.

4.Smoking and Cannabis Prohibition Smoking of any kind, including tobacco and cannabis, is strictly prohibited within any indoor areas of the premises.
