Lease Execution and Formalities: Upon acceptance of the lease by the lessor and the signing of the regie du lodgement lease: Initial Payment: Tenants must pay the first month's rent via electronic transfer within 48 hours of acceptance. Liability Insurance: Proof of civil liability insurance ($2 million coverage) valid for the entire lease duration. Building Rules: Tenants must read and agree to the building's specific rules and regulations. Utilities: Proof of a registered Hydro-Québec account in the tenant's name. Rules and Regulations During the Lease: Rent Payment: Rent must be paid via electronic transfer no later than the 1st of each month. Pets: No pets are permitted on the premises.
